![]() Greenville, MI—Between George Saunders & Plato, there comes great insight into the taproot problems of our modern era. When you surround yourself with sycophants and flatters, you deny yourself true insight. That is the main peril with the tool of social media beginning at its inception. ![]() The seductive instinct to be surrounded by flattering voices. Even Machiavelli spoke of this pitfall. Add into that mix, someone of considerable affluence and you see a lesson of Saunders come into view, the mob mentality that naturally develops in a crowd from the loudest & most affluent speaker. A mentality that supercedes an individual's natural rational thought processes. For every freedom, there is an equally crucial responsibility. Although these responsibilities are not codified, they are found inside many supreme court precedents and more importantly in various ethical disciplines. Crucial responsibilities that exist within our hearts are to seek justice, promote equality, empower & liberate the marginalized and oppressed, and to ensure people can pursue their own dreams and happiness. ![]() The path we traverse is fraught with pitfalls and delays. However, if we remain steadfast and dissuade ourselves from the distractions of attention seekers, we will ensure a better future for all. I will always stand with the oppressed and the socially vulnerable. I will always take a stand against the oppressor. As such, I have migrated myself to other platforms. My activity is now primarily elsewhere from Twitter. Last night made it clear; delusions & vainglory & pettiness are the culture within the organization operating the publishing platform, headed by a conspiracy theorist that degrades human rights and diminishes human dignity. I unilaterally condemn those acts and will not enable them. I write this to express the abhorrence I feel with the contemptible actions of Twitter and it's new owner. Speak with your representatives, friends and family. Stand in solidarity with those that have been & are targeted. Urge advertisers to cease their investments at Twitter. Through solidarity and relentless activism, we can and will affect positive change. Examples of Musk's Erratic Behavior In the Slideshow Below
